ZEISS Finished Single Vision ship free of charge. For orders placed by 1pm Toronto time (M-F), you will receive them either same day or next business day. Orders placed outside of these times will be shipped out the following business day. For larger bulk orders over 150 lenses, please anticipate longer lead times.
ZEISS Finished Single Vision returned for credit must be returned within 5 days of the purchase date in the original packaging.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your lab account to reflect the refund.
Our Premium ZEISS AR coatings ) are warranted for 24 months from the date of the original invoice under normal wear and tear conditions. A one-time replacement order must be for the original Rx and within the warranty period.
Hard coat option is warranted for 1 year under normal wear with a one-time replacement. A one-time replacement order must be for the original Rx and within the warranty period.
Lenses must be returned to receive credit. Replacement will be with the exact same product, coatings and power as the original order.
Lenses that are abused, extremely scratched, chipped, broken, or damaged during processing are not covered under this warranty.
ZEISS Cleaning Solutions will have a charge for shipping. The charge is based on weight and automatically calculated during the order.
